Clean Your Gutters
It may seem obvious, but often times it doesn't get done. Clear gutters and confirm all drainage is functioning. Replace crushed downspouts.
Inspect Roof Curbs & Transitions
Make general inspection of all joints, transitions and openings. Repair as needed.
Remove Debris
Whether from birds or wind blown, all sorts of debris may be on your roof. A plastic grocery bag wrapped around a drain screen can cause a major problem.
Make Upgrades
Do you need snow control? More downspouts? Relief drains? Now is the time to address those issues.
As the cold weather approaches, now is the time to tidy up any repairs and maintenance for your facilities.
