Radiology Facility and Medical Oncology and Infusion Center
This project for the Brooklyn Hospital Center involved two building renovations totaling over 13,000 square feet.
The first project involved renovating the existing building's vacant floor space as an outpatient radiology facility. It entailed a complete gut rehab of the existing building floor space and the new interior fit out of the space. The total building's square footage is approximately 3,300 square feet. Photos show ductwork and the ceiling box as it was being built and MRI Room itself fully shielded.
The second project involved the interior alteration to the existing building of approximately 10,025 square feet for a new Medical Oncology and Infusion Center. The work included all carpentry, drywall, ceilings, concrete, steel, millwork, electrical, fire alarm, HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing, and a clean room.
