This project for the New York Psychotherapy & Counseling Center involved building a five-story building, complete with a cellar, four upper floors, and two elevators.

The new building was connected to the existing New York Psychotherapy & Counseling Center building. The project involved excavation, concrete work, and structural steelwork.

Excavation of the project occurred in coordination with the installation of the footing and foundation wall reinforcement and concrete. The structural steelwork involved the fabrication and erection of structural steel framing with welded and bolted connections and installing metal decking, shear studs and pour stops.
