Cook & Krupa Transforms Mayer Malbin into a Modern Marvel, Wins 2023 Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Award

We’re thrilled to share that Cook & Krupa’s transformative renovation of the Mayer Malbin warehouse has been recognized with the 2023 Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Award. This project, located at 62-25 30th Avenue, Woodside, NY, represents a pinnacle of architectural innovation and sustainable design. 

From the ground up, every aspect of the Mayer Malbin building was meticulously redesigned - from installing new perimeter retaining walls and drainage systems to constructing bi-level office and retail spaces. Introducing solar panels and modern HVAC systems underscores our commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. 

The new facade, featuring large overhead doors and a custom metal panel system, alongside the revamped interior office and retail areas, sets a new standard for commercial spaces in New York.
